OneCubanCigar can ship everywhere in the world, however all customers are responsible to get his/her cigars into his/her country since tobacco laws vary from a country to another, we always try to find the best way to deliver our products without inconveniences and extra charges for our customer.

Cuban Cigars are shipped via Postal Services and Private Couriers and usually will be delivered within 10 to 30 business days, it depends of the destination country and the service chosen.

In case of your parcel has not arrived in 45 days, packages will be considered as lost and immediately begin an "international inquiry". The international postal rules consider a shipment as a lost item if the shipment has not arrived within 45 days after it has been shipped. With us you never loss your money, we send a replacement if your package is considered as lost.

Every single box of cigars have been packed to keep your cigars fresh before receiving carrier, therefore your cigars will never arrive dry and damaged (please keep your cigars in your humidor at 16°-18°C (60°-65°F) and 65-70% RH upon arrival and one week as least prior to smoke for a better experience).

We ship the most of our cigars in unopened boxes. If you want us to check your cigars before shipping process, please make a note of this in the comment box of check out page, your box will be checked by our experts and shipped to your address.

OneCubanCigar.com is not responsible for paying any taxes or duties involved in the importation of his/her order into his/her country (the buyer is responsible for knowing her/his local laws). We always do everything possible to avoid taxes or extra charges for our customers.

For worldwide shipments, in case your order is not delivered within 45 days, will be begin an "international inquiry".

SHIPPING COSTS (for cigars):
Shipping cost is extra, sometimes we offer free shipping. We use registered mail, express mail service and private couriers. The shipping cost is based on your order weight and destination country. The more you buy, the more you saving on shipping.

Shipping charges might vary according to the weight and volume of the accessories  ordered. In this case, OneCubanCigar.com will contact and inform you about the situation.

SHIPPING
Shipments are being completed from 3-10 business days after you receive a confirmation e-mail for your payment accepted. If we were out of stock at the time of payment for any reason, OneCubanCigar provides you two solutions as waiting for product to arrive in stock or a refund.

There are three types of shipments for cigars:
1. Registered Mail: Standard registered mail with tracking. It takes longer than 15 days and until 45 days for delivery to destination country.
2. Express Mail Service: Registered express mail with tracking. It takes around 10-30 days for delivery to destination country.
3. Private Courier: This is the faster service, from 3-10 business days.

Delivery dates are general information for shipment alternatives. It does not state an exact delivery date. This period depends on destination local postal service workload, customs clearance delays, extreme weather situations, local postal errors and delayed deliveries.
You cannot see the real-time movements of your parcel as these shipments are carried out by national post services (only with FedEx, DHL and UPS).

For shipments with status “Package-In Transit-To Destn Ctry
we cannot accept refund requests.

TRACKING NUMBER
Tracking numbers can be found in your account and in the shipping confirmation email when your order is marked as shipped.

Please note that we are not able to provide a tracking number for all countries.

DELAYS in DELIVERY
We guarantee the delivery.
If you have not received your package after 30 days, we will ask you to wait another 15 days. In most cases, packages appear.
After 45 days of no-show, we are now able to open an investigation (international inquiry) with the post office to find out what is happening with the packages. If a package cannot be found, we will send a replacement package or refund.
Shipping to Asia and Australia, and all South American countries is much slower due to unreliable local postal services. We ask for patience to customers wanting to be delivered in these countries.

RETURN
Our aim is your satisfaction. In case you are not satisfied with your order, you should contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. Coloration of cigars or taste is not a reason for return. Goods must be returned undamaged, in their original packaging and by unit of packaging. Buyer bears the shipping cost for return. Please contact us for details. In case of wrong or missing delivery, please contact us with your order number within 2 days.
When an order returns us, we will re-ship your package immediately as our main idea is to provide you top quality cigars in any case. Re-shipments are not sent out before package returns us and checked (damage, quantity, different product, original packing and others) by our team.
If your re-shipped package is also not delivered to you we will refund the 50% of your payment.

RESHIP
The international postal rules consider a shipment as a lost item if the shipment has not arrived within 45 days after it has shipped.
In case of your parcel has not arrived in 45 days (this period depends on destination local postal service workload, customs clearance delays, extreme weather situations, local postal errors and delayed deliveries), packages will be considered as lost and immediately begin international inquiry.
Please note that if your item is not delivered to you and sent back to us by postal service due to customers faults (wrong address, wrong name, zip code and others), customers will need to bear the shipping fee in order for us to re-ship.

REFUND
In order to receive a refund for your order;
1. Ordered product must be out of stock at the time of payment (full refund).
2. If customer wants to cancel order after completion of payment, a partial refund is being made due to refund fee being deducted from your payment, which is applied by payment provider. This amount differs from the payment method you choose, it's usually a 20%.
3. OneCubanCigar will re-ship a new package if it's considered as lost. Otherwise OneCubanCigar will refund product price deducting the 50% and the shipping cost (for example if the product is seized by customs).
