I am under 21 Can I place an order?
Unfortunately!
You must be at least 21 years of age to use this website. (Exception:
21 years of age is a general limitation. Every country has a different
legal age for consumption of tobacco products. The buyer must be at or
over the legal age in their country)
Why my order does not go through?
Please
be aware that the minimum amount of the shopping cart must be 100 USD per order, otherwise you would be unable to place an order.
Are the cigars authentic on your website?
We
can say yes with peace of mind. None of our customers should worry
about it. All of our cigars are purchased from the Official Importers of
Habanos.
What countries do you ship to?
We do ship worldwide.
What are the payment options?
You can pay via Credit/Debit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Paypal, Western Union, Bank Transfer.
Do I have to pay custom tax?
Each country has different customs policies. You have to consult your local authority about obligation and taxation information.
Why prices are different in each website?
We
believe that our prices are one of the most affordable prices on web. Online prices of
legal and authentic Cuban cigars varies due to different taxation of
different countries.
What shipping carrier do we use?
Orders
are shipped via postal services or
private carriers. You can contact with us for details and shipping fees.
When will I receive my order?
Once
you place an order, we check its availability and send you an email
regarding confirmation. After we confirm your order, we pack it in the
best way to prevent your order from any possible damage and hand it to
shipping carrier. For further information please see shipping section on our website or contact with us.
How can I return my order for a refund?
Your
order is eligible for a refund if you have had it less than 2 days, and
the order is returned in good condition with original packaging and
numbers. Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and inform you
that we have received your returned item. We will immediately inform you
about the status of your situation after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will offer you two options, reship or refund (please note that as per general rules, refund will be
partial and shipping cost will be deducted from the total order amount).
I did not like the taste and coloration of my cigar that I ordered. Can I return it?
Unfortunately
no, coloration of cigars or taste is not a reason for return. If you
are not sure of what product you want to buy, contact us for advice or
information before placing an order.
What can I do if my order is missing, damaged or incorrect?
In case of wrong, missing or damaged delivery, please contact us with your order number within 2 days for the instructions.
What is the ideal temperature and humidity for cigars?
A
temperature of 60-65°F (16-18°C) and humidity 65%-70% is considered
ideal. At lower temperatures, below 54°F (12°C), the desired aging
process of the cigars is impaired. Therefore, cold wine cellars are only
suitable for cigar storage to a limited extent. Even worse are high
temperatures. Temperatures of over 75°F (24°C) can lead to worm
infestation and cigar rotting. For this reason, the humidor should not
be exposed to direct sunlight.
Can I smoke my cigars as soon as I receive them?
Yes
! you can smoke your cigars as soon as you receive them. However, for
an ideal smoke, we suggest that you allow your cigars to rest in your
humidor for up to a week, in order to recover from the stress of
shipping.
Are the cigars inspected before being shipped?
We
ship your cigars in unopened boxes (as we provide cigars from the
Offical importer of Habanos). By shipping cigars in unopened boxes, we aim to
remove question marks in aficionados’s minds. If you want us to check
your cigars before shipping process, please make a note of this in the
comment box of check out page.
It has been 45 days since I have placed my order, I have not still received my order. What can I do?
For
worldwide shipments, in case your order is not delivered within a month
or longer, will be considered lost and replaceable as of one month
after the shipping date in accordance with international postal
protocol. Please note, no replacements will
be shipped before the 45 days time frame has been passed. OneCubanCigar cannot be responsible for delays caused by human error (incorrect
information as addresses or buyer's name), customs process, postal services and any other similar.
Is OneCubanCigar.com secure?
Yes.

How do I retrieve my password if I lose or forget it?
If
you forget your OneCubanCigar account password click on the link https://www.onecubancigar.com/index.php?route=account/login after you click the link,
member’s login page will show up on your screen and you will see FORGOT
YOUR PASSWORD section right below LOGIN section. You will just need to
enter your e-mail which is in our system in the box and click on send
Instructions to get an email. Right after you enter your e-mail address
please check your mailbox and ensure you have an e-mail from OneCubanCigar to reset your password. Once you get an email please click on the link
that we sent to you and now you can enter your new password. Please
contact us If something goes awry.
How can I create an account?
To
